Ownership, eligibility & export control
Fairs Place LLC is a self-certified SBA small business owned by a U.S. lawful permanent resident — a U.S. Person under ITAR (22 CFR 120.62) and the EAR, so we can receive and work with export-controlled technical data without a license. Our small-business status carries no citizenship restriction, so small-business subcontracting credit flows normally on your task order.
Our sweet spot is unclassified and CUI work, where we deliver today. Set-asides that require U.S. citizen ownership — 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB — and clearance-gated scope sit outside our eligibility, and we say so up front so your teaming decision is a quick one.
A note on past performance
The AI/ML, health-data and cloud experience described across this site was performed by the founder as an employee of prior employers — a federal AI/ML systems integrator supporting DoD programs, a HIPAA-regulated digital pathology company, and a large regulated financial institution — not as Fairs Place LLC contract history. Our own past performance builds with each engagement, and we are explicit about that with every prime.
